1. 学历背景：计算机、人工智能、自动化、电子信息等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2. 核心技能：1-2年 Linux 环境下 的 C++ 开发经验，精通现代 C++ 特性，具备优秀的编程规范与代码质量意识； 3. 底层扎实：熟练掌握计算机组成原理、Linux 网络协议栈及编译原理； 4. 架构能力：精通 Linux 进程间通信（IPC）机制、多线程编程及网络编程接口，具备良好的软件模块化、异步编程与可移植性设计思维； 5. 软性素质：具备强烈的好奇心、自驱力、出色的问题解决能力及快速学习能力。
