1、参与制定开发公司芯片设计团队的 IC CAD 环境、并持续优化； 2、负责芯片开发前端和后端的各流程中EDA工具、PDK环境、IC library等的管理、维护与更新； 3、提供EDA工具和环境方面的技术支持，使用Perl，Python以及Tcl等编写自动化脚本，优化设计流程，提高设计工作效率； 4、负责管理芯片设计团队相关数据安全；

1、本科以上学历，微电子/电子/电路/自动化/计算机等相关专业； 2、了解主流EDA工具原理，具有建设或维护CAD环境的经验； 3、具备优秀的脚本设计能力（Shell， TCL， Python） ； 4、熟悉Linux操作系统，以及对应的网络环境和系统服务器的管理服务知识； 5、具有良好的团队协作意识、数据安全意识、和解决问题的能力。
