【岗位职责】 1、依据产品功能和测试需求，设计对应的台架测试方案。制定测试台架方案书，提出DV台架测试功能需求和上位机测试软件需求，输出给台架供应商。主导供应商台架技术方案评审，冻结最终台架方案； 2、统筹推进台架供应商开发进度，包括台架方案锁定、台架物料采购、台架自研开发、台架硬件搭建接线、台架上位机开发、台架产品联调各环节进度，确保台架可以按计划交付投入测试； 3、负责监督台架供应商开发质量，开发全程确认台架方案符合合同技术要求。识别当前台架方案存在的软硬件问题，推进供应商及时调整优化，保证台架运行稳定可靠； 4、负责技术支持台架软硬件开发，快速响应供应商疑问，支持台架复杂功能开发调试； 5、管理现有台架，建立DV台架台账，并按计划定期维护现有台架； 6、支持可靠性测试失效分析，协助进行台架环节问题排查；

【任职要求】 1、1~3年工作经验，具备汽车电子产品测试DV台架开发经验，精通台架测试方案制定；具备硬件和上位机软件能力，能看懂硬件原理图和上位机代码； 2、熟悉车载电控产品功能原理（智能座舱控制器、智驾控制器、Tbox、车身域控制器、电池管理系统BMS）； 3、具备DV测试台架方案评估能力，熟悉上位机语言labview/C/Python，熟悉CAN/LIN/车载以太网Someip等通信协议和编程控制，熟悉模拟数字信号采集等台架测试设备； 4、具备台架供应商管理能力。统筹管理台架供应商，推进台架开发进度，台架质量符合要求技术协议要求； 5、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
