1.ESG 体系与制度建设: 制定供应链 ESG 战略、行为准则与管理流程，搭建覆盖环境、劳工权益、职业健康、商业道德、合规治理的管理框架；对接 GRI、ISO 26000、RBA、SA8000、BSCI、Sedex 等标准，确保体系合规有效。 2.供应商 ESG 全生命周期管理: 主导供应商 ESG 尽职调查、现场审核与绩效评级，建立 ESG 风险地图与分级管控机制；推动供应商 ESG 改善与能力建设，将 ESG 要求纳入采购合同与准入门槛。 3.碳管理与绿色供应链: 负责供应链碳盘查、开展 LCA 生命周期评价与绿色采购落地。 4.合规与风险管控: 应对欧盟 CBAM、新电池法、冲突矿产（CMRT）、贸易合规等要求，建立溯源与尽责管理体系；识别与处置供应链 ESG 风险，处理审核、验厂与客户合规问询。 5.数据管理与报告披露: 搭建 ESG 数据台账与追踪机制，定期输出供应链 ESG 报告、风险评估与改善方案；支持公司 ESG 报告、第三方评级与客户尽职调查。 6.跨部门协同与培训: 联动采购、生产、质量、法务、合规等部门落地 ESG 举措；开展内部培训与供应商赋能，提升全员 ESG 意识与执行能力。

1. 本科及以上，环境工程、供应链管理、工商管理、法学、能源与可持续发展等相关专业优先。 工作经验; 2.5 年及以上供应链 ESG / 可持续采购 / 供应商合规 / 碳管理经验，有制造业 / 外贸 / 科技行业经验优先; 3. 熟悉 ESG 标准与法规：RBA、SA8000、BSCI、ISO 14064/14067、GRI、CBAM、冲突矿产、UNGP 等; 4.具备供应商审核、碳盘查、LCA、验厂、数据治理与项目管理能力; 5.有第三方审核、客户 ESG 对接、海外合规项目经验优先.
