一、 基础设施运维与动力保障（侧重工业级可靠性） 1、全面负责10万平米园区厂房厂务设施（包括高压供配电系统、备用发电机组、压缩空气系统、真空/除尘系统、纯水/废水处理站、制冷站及洁净空调系统）的日常运行管理，制定并监督预防性维护计划，确保动力供应（电、气、水）的连续性与稳定性，保障机器人生产线不受厂务中断影响； 2、重点监管空压动力系统（离心式/螺杆式空压机、干燥机、管网）的运行效率，通过优化机组搭配、降低压损及泄漏治理等手段，持续降低单位产值的能耗成本； 3、统筹园区能源监控与管理（水、电、气），建立基于大数据的能效分析模型，主导节能技改项目（如余热回收、变频改造），推动绿色工厂建设，达成集团下达的年度节能减排指标； 4、在建期需从运维视角介入设计审核与施工跟踪，建立问题清单并推动整改；竣工时牵头承接查验，组织系统测试与缺陷销项，同步归档资料并建立运维台账，确保工程无遗留问题后平稳移交。 二、 工程改造与维修预算管理（侧重项目统筹） 1、负责厂区内非生产性固定资产（建筑本体、机电设施）的年度大修计划编制、预算申报及执行监控，组织技术可行性评估，确保大修资金使用合理、透明、高效； 2、主导厂务设施的改建、扩建及技改工程（如电力增容、管路改造、洁净度提升），负责机电提需、图纸审核、施工方案论证，对工程的质量、进度、安全及合规性负总责； 3、建立完善的设备设施运维台账及档案管理系统，制定操作规程、应急抢修流程及三级保养制度，并监督执行落地。 三、 团队与供应商管理（侧重统筹协调） 1、搭建并管理厂务运维团队（含电工、暖通、消防技工等），制定内部培训与考核机制，提升团队在工业机电领域的专业技能与安全意识； 2、筛选、评估并管理第三方服务商（维保外包、物业承包商、能源服务公司），主导服务合同招投标、技术方案评审及履约评估，构建长期稳定的供应链体系； 3、对接供电局、水务局、环保监察及特种设备检测院等外部单位，维护良好的政企关系，确保公司符合国家关于能耗、环保、安全（消防、电梯、压力容器）等各项法规要求。 四、 安全管理与应急处置 1、建立厂务设施突发事故（如停电、停水、高压气管爆裂、电梯困人、化学品泄漏）的分级应急预案，定期组织全厂范围的应急演练； 2、紧急事件发生时，亲自到场指挥抢修，快速隔离故障源，启动备用系统，最大限度缩短非计划停机时间，并按规定程序上报与复盘。

一、教育背景与资质： 1、本科及以上学历，机电一体化、电气自动化、暖通工程或动力工程等相关专业； 2、持有高级工程师职称或注册电气工程师（供配电）/ 注册公用设备工程师资格者优先。 二、工作经验： 1、8年以上大型制造业工厂（电子、半导体、汽车或精密装备制造）厂务设施管理经验，其中至少3年以上担任管理岗位； 2、必须具有单体建筑面积5万平米以上或合计10万平米以上的工业园区/厂区厂务全面管理经历； 3、具备洁净厂房（Class 100K及以上）及大型空压站（≥40m³/min）运行管理实战经验，熟悉洁净室温湿度、压差、颗粒度控制要求。 三、专业技能： 1、精通供配电（10kV及以上）一次/二次系统图，具备高压倒闸操作及故障分析能力； 2、熟悉压缩空气系统的选型计算、能效评估（比功率）及干燥净化工艺（冷干/吸干）； 3、了解中央空调水系统及除尘/VOC处理等环保设施的运行原理； 4、掌握工业厂房消防系统（喷淋、报警）、电梯、压力容器等特种设备的法规要求及年检流程。 四、管理能力与综合素质： 1、极强的前瞻性计划能力，能结合生产排产计划提前布局设施检修窗口，实现“计划性停机”而非“故障性停机”； 2、出色的财务敏感度，精通工程预决算编制与审核，具备成本控制意识； 3、出色的沟通协调能力，能平级协调生产、EHS（环境健康安全）、工艺等部门，向下能驱动执行，向上能清晰汇报风险； 4、适应快节奏、结果导向的智能制造企业文化，具有高度责任心与抗压能力。
