1. 数据闭环基础设施建设：面向通用人形机器人的具身大模型，建设并维护覆盖「采集 → 处理 → 管理 → 质检 → 训练 → 回流」的一体化数据闭环，为基模研发与量产交付提供统一、可靠的数据底座。 2. 数据处理管线：负责多源异构数据到标准可训练格式的转换与处理管线开发，持续优化管线的吞吐、稳定性与可扩展性，支撑数据规模的持续增长。 3. 数据管理与自动化：建设数据的版本管理、检索与血缘追踪能力，提升数据流转与管理各环节的自动化水平。 4. 数据质量工程：将质量控制前置到管线中，建立数据质检、过滤与分级机制，从数据侧降低损耗、持续提升模型训练效果。

1. 教育背景：计算机、软件工程、电子工程、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 工程与系统基础：具有扎实的数据工程 / 后端 / 分布式系统基础，理解大规模数据处理与存储的常见架构与性能瓶颈； 3. 编程与工具能力：精通 Python，熟悉 Linux 环境，熟悉数据存储与数据管线的工程化实践，具备优秀的代码实现与工具建设能力； 4. 核心专业技能：具有数据管线 / 数据平台 / ETL 建设经验，熟悉数据版本管理、质检与自动化调度机制；有机器人、多模态或具身智能数据处理相关经验者优先； 5. 综合素质：对具身智能与数据驱动的模型迭代有浓厚兴趣，认同"数据质量决定模型能力"；具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，能在"数据—算法—平台"多方之间高效推进项目落地。
