1. 参与公司业务系统的前后端全栈开发，包括需求分析、方案设计、编码实现及联调上线。 2. 负责后端 Java 服务的开发与维护，包括接口设计、数据库设计及性能优化。 3. 负责前端页面的开发与维护，基于 Vue/React 等框架实现业务功能。 4. 参与系统运维与部署工作，包括 Docker 容器化部署、CI/CD 流水线搭建与维护。 5. 编写测试用例，执行单元测试、接口测试及回归测试，保障系统质量与稳定性。 6. 参与线上问题排查与处理，具备日志分析、性能监控等基础运维能力。

1. 扎实的 Java 基础，熟悉 Spring Boot、MyBatis-Plus 等主流后端框架。 2. 熟练linux操作系统Java应用环境，具备Mysql数据库Query开发经验，熟悉部分运维相关工具使用方式，具备较强的Java开发框架学习能力、具备JAVA开发框架开发经验者优先。 3. 熟悉 Vue 或 React 前端框架，能够独立完成前端页面开发。 4. 了解 Linux 基础操作，熟悉 Docker、Nginx 等常用运维工具。 5. 了解 CI/CD 概念，有 Jenkins、GitLab CI 等流水线工具使用经验者优先。 6. 了解软件测试基础知识，有接口测试、自动化测试经验者优先。 7. 具备良好的问题排查能力，能够通过日志分析定位并解决线上问题。 8. 责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力和沟通表达能力。 加分项 - 熟悉 Kubernetes 或有容器编排相关经验 - 有性能压测经验（如 JMeter、Gatling 等） - 熟悉 Redis、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）等中间件
