1、销售培训体系搭建与落地 -设计并优化迭代面向产品专家、销售主管及销售店长的课程（产品课程、竞品话术、销售逻辑、促单技巧、延伸业务、管理类等课程），开发标准化销售流程（SOP）培训工具（话术手册、情景案例、演练模板等）； -执行全国销售人员的线上培训及线下考核认证，确保人员覆盖率和通过率符合总部要求，针对销售销售人员短板（如线索转化率低、试驾成交弱项等），定制开发并实施专项提升课程； -新产品上市培训课程执行。 2、入店辅导与门店赋能 -定期走访门店，通过秘采检查、录音分析、现场观察等方式，识别销售服务流程的执行问题，针对薄弱环节（如产品种草、顾虑消除、引导选配等）进行一对一陪练、角色扮演、现场纠偏； -业绩转化支持，一店一策，辅导店端制定业绩提升方案，通过门店辅导提升人效。 3、培训效果评估与反馈 -制定培训考核机制（如笔试、实操、满意度调研等），追踪参训学员的技能提升与业绩改善情况； -分析培训数据（如覆盖率、合格率、转化率），定期输出效果评估报告，优化后续培训策略； -建立中台培训档案，动态管理门店及学员的培训记录，为人才发展提供数据支持。 4、培训协作与资源整合 -对接区域培训BP，落实全国性培训项目在区域的执行，满足区域差异化需求； -协同区域销售团队，识别业务痛点并提供针对性培训解决方案； -整合内外部资源（如讲师、供应商、培训场地），确保培训资源的高效利用。

1、本科及以上学历，0-2年新能源主机厂或咨询公司培训相关实施工作经验，有直播视频或视频制作、脚本撰写项目经验者优先； 2、熟悉汽车新能源汽车产品、技术及业务流程，精通销售漏斗各环节转化技巧，具备数据化分析能力，具备课程开发与授课能力。 3、强目标驱动的能力，具备强沟通能力、良好的运营管理能力项目管理能力。
