1、仿真测试体系建设：负责智能座舱各功能模块（语音交互、多模态交互、HMI、车控等）的仿真测试系统架构设计、功能规划和开发搭建。 2、虚拟测试场景建模：负责智能座舱虚拟测试场景的建模，实现对整车电气、人机交互、交通场景和座舱体验的仿真模拟。 3、工具链开发与优化：设计并开发智能座舱仿真测试工具链及数据分析工具，制定智能座舱虚拟体验解决方案。 4、自动化评测能力建设：围绕“评测-仿真-智能体”方向，推动座舱交互体验的自动化评测与持续优化。 5、测试用例设计与执行：针对测试需求编写详细的测试实施方案和测试用例，根据测试方案开展项目的测试工作

1、全日制本科及以上学历 2、熟练使用各种仿真软件；至少熟练使用一种Python、C++等代码语言，具备自动化测试脚本开发能力 3、熟悉智能座舱系统架构、功能模块（语音、多媒体、HMI、车控等）及相关行业标准 4、具有良好的分析能力、解决问题能力和学习能力 加分项： 1、熟悉大模型在仿真测试中的应用（如AI辅助测试用例生成、自动化评测等） 2、有智能座舱量产项目仿真测试全流程经验。
