1. 负责机器人整机功能集成与系统交付工作，围绕核心场景搭建整机集成方案，推动机器人从模块开发走向端到端可用。 2. 站在系统视角，串联产品需求、软件算法、硬件平台、测试验证与量产导入，明确上下游输入输出关系，推动关键链路高效闭环。 3. 负责整机关键功能/性能目标的集成交付，围绕交互、导航、运动、操作、云端能力等复杂系统，推动方案落地、联调验证与最终验收。 4. 识别系统风险、集成瓶颈和体验断点，能够将复杂问题拆解到责任模块，组织跨团队快速定位、决策、收敛和复盘。 5. 建立和持续优化功能集成的方法体系，包括主链路梳理、分层验证、版本准入、问题分级、联调机制、验收口径等，提升整机研发效率与交付质量。 6. 主导关键场景的集成测试与问题收敛，推动机器人在真实环境下形成稳定、一致、可复现的产品体验。 7. 参与下一代机器人能力规划与系统方案讨论，从整机视角为产品定义、架构演进和研发优先级提供输入，推动创新能力真正落到机器人上。

1. 本科及以上学历，机器人、自动化、计算机、电子信息、通信、机电一体化等相关专业背景。 2. 具备 3 年及以上机器人、自动驾驶、智能硬件、汽车电子或复杂机电系统相关经验； 3. 对复杂系统集成有真实理解，能够定义需求、方案、接口、依赖、验证和交付之间的关系，而不仅仅停留在任务跟进层面。 4. 熟悉 Linux 开发环境，理解 C/C++、Python、嵌入式软件、常见调试与版本管理流程；对机器人常见模块如感知、运动控制、操作、通信、系统软件等有基本认知。 5. 具备较强的问题分析与系统抽象能力，能够从复杂现象中识别关键矛盾，推动形成可执行的解决方案。 6. 具备优秀的跨团队协同与推动能力，能够在产品、算法、软件、硬件、测试等多专业协作中，推动事情向结果收敛。 7. 对产品体验有要求，对“机器人最终呈现给用户的感受”敏感，不满足于“功能能跑”，而关注“是否真正成立”。
