The posting

1、负责自动驾驶功能交付，编制功能开发计划、主导需求定义、功能规范编制、推进自动驾驶软件按计划开发、推进测试工程师按计划测试验证，确保功能按时按质交付； 2、负责功能开发过程中的问题分析，跟进问题整改和验收，确保功能按照项目节点要求上线； 3、紧扣整车开发流程，协调部门内/外资源，推进相关零部件和自动驾驶集成开发，负责制动/转向等执行器联调验收； 4、协助项目经理推进自动驾驶系统在整车项目开发中的相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历，汽车电子、机械电子等相关专业； 2、1-2年及以上国内知名大型整车厂及/或国际知名零部件企业工作经历，其中至少2年的自动驾驶系统研发经验； 3、熟悉自动驾驶技术原理及方法，全面的技术分析能力，熟悉辅助驾驶产品研发、测试流程及整车开发流程，良好的文档规范编写能力； 4、有成功的L2辅助驾驶产品（AEB/AES/LSS/BSD/RCTA/RCW/DOW）量产开发经验，完整车型相关项目负责人经历的优先，有海外开发经验优先； 5、良好的职业素养和全局观，优秀的沟通与组织协调能力，团队合作意识； 6、优秀高效的项目管控能力、项目推动力和执行力，突出的问题解决能力。
