1、结合财务产品的整体规划，夯实专业财务产品能力建设，深入了解专业财务运营逻辑，构建适配专业财务能力成长的财务产品并不断推进财务产品信息化能力升级，履行财务产品运营职责。 2、有序财务需求管理，清晰规划并输出财务产品建设路径和解决方案，规范信息化需求管理、文档管理、研发过程管理和交付上线管理，夯实质量过程管控。 3、专业财务域的流程拉通和优化推进，明确对接专业财务的常规工作内容，梳理整合核心控制点，咬合并合理规划设计适配的财务产品，实现财务业务和财务产品的深度融合。 4、探索AI应用，结合组织/个人skill-hub分别跟进搭建实用技巧能力，补充业财信息化和财务产品能力升级后，剩余的敞口优化方案。

1、本科及以上学历，1-2年财务产品设计或相关实习/项目经验；了解财务核算、税务、资金等基础运营逻辑，有四大审计或咨询实习经历者优先。 2、具备一定的产品规划与需求分析能力，能够协助完成产品建设路径与解决方案的梳理，熟悉研发全流程，可参与质量管控与文档规范工作。 3、具备业财流程理解能力，能协助推动财务业务与系统的对接与落地，拥有良好的跨部门沟通与项目协作意识，善于在团队中高效推进任务。 4、对AI技术应用有基本认知和兴趣，能主动探索业务场景中的智能化提效机会；有财务数字化产品升级或优化相关实操经验者优先考虑。 5、英语能作为工作语言。
