【职位描述】 1、负责海外生产制造基地 KD 件全链条成本管理，包括国内集货、包装、仓储、报关、国际运输、清关、海外仓储、上线生产等环节的成本分析与管控。 2、建立 KD 件成本分析模型，跟踪物流费、仓储费、堆存费、代工费、关税、管理费等成本变化，识别异常波动并推动改善。 3、负责 KD 件存货管理，监控库存水平、周转效率、库龄及呆滞风险，推动库存结构优化和资金占用降低。 4、负责海外工厂相关账务分析，包括费用归集、成本分摊、账实差异分析及月度成本报表输出。 5、跟进海外工厂付款管理，协同采购、物流、财务及业务部门完成付款计划、费用核对、异常处理和流程闭环。 6、组织或参与海外工厂 KD 件盘点工作，跟踪盘点差异，分析原因并推动账实一致。 7、定期输出海外制造成本分析报告，为经营决策、预算管控、降本改善和供应链优化提供数据支持。

【职位要求】 1、本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计、物流管理、供应链管理、工业工程、车辆工程等相关专业优先。 2、具备汽车行业、制造业、供应链成本、物流成本或海外工厂成本管理相关经验优先。 3、熟悉 KD/CKD/SKD 业务模式，了解汽车零部件出口、海外工厂生产、库存及物流费用构成者优先。 4、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够独立完成成本测算、费用拆解、差异分析和改善建议输出。 5、熟悉存货管理、盘点管理、账务核对、付款流程及成本费用归集逻辑。 6、熟练使用 Excel 、PPT 等办公软件，具备较好的数据处理和汇报材料输出能力。 7、具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，能推动采购、物流、财务、工厂等多方协同解决问题。 8、工作细致、逻辑清晰，具备成本意识、风险意识和结果导向。 9、具备良好的英语运用能力。
