1、本科及以上学历，5年以上机器人关节\电驱动产品项目管理或系统开发经验，熟悉产品开发流程； 2、具备扎实的关节\电驱动产品专业知识，精通关节\电驱动产品系统架构； 3、具备车载充电机或小型电子设备充电机开发或充电桩系统方案开发经验； 4、具备车辆换电站、换电系统传动设计方案开发经验； 5、从事过机器人关节开发、电驱、电控、充电系统开发者优先； 6、良好的职业道德素质，沟通和协作能力强,具备团队合作精神； 7、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
