1.本科及以上学历，具备3年及以上流程运营实战经验，精通流程管理方法论（APQC&BPMN等）；有大型企业流程体系从0到1建设或流程深度变革项目经验优先； 2.熟悉ISC流程，特别是SRM(供应商关系管理)和SQE(供应商质量管理)流程；熟悉采购业务风险点，能够通过流程KCP点设置，进行风险管控； 3.具备数字化思维，了解流程线上化和系统集成逻辑； 4.品行端正，诚信守信，具备良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守；
