The posting

1、负责汽车电子控制器DVPV测试跟进，每周同步第三方实验室测试进展，现场管控实验室测试质量，快速响应实验室工程师技术支持需求。 2、每天确认测试状态，发现失效报错快速响应，排查问题初步定位失效环节。关键失效第一时间上报，协助失效分析后续复现、分析验证、对策验证等工作。 3、负责测试执行工作，包括硬件焊接、手工调整线束、台架简易硬件改造、软件烧录、录制报文、抓取LOG、台架上位机测试用例改写等。 4、负责新项目台架产品软硬件测试功能联调工作，协助供应商定位台架或产品问题，按项目计划调通台架，通过压力测试后交付投入测试。 5、定期维护现有台架，保证台架运行可靠性。主动识别并提出台架老化设备维护需求，进行简单台架维护工作，指导台架供应商完成复杂台架维护工作。 6、负责法规认证测试环境搭建联调，调通后交接认证机构实验室并提供技术支持，保证认证测试按计划顺利执行，及时上报协助解决认证测试过程中出现的软硬件问题。 7、制定更新各类测试标准操作流程和操作规范

1、熟悉汽车电子控制器产品功能，有较复杂的电子产品测试执行经验，产品包括智能座舱控制器、智驾控制器、Tbox、车身域控制器、电池管理系统BMS等； 2、熟悉第三方可靠性实验室测试搭建，掌握各类型测试Setup的关键注意要点，有管理第三方实验室经验优先； 3、具备强动手能力，执行力强，具备软硬件操作经验，可以完成焊接、改线、改台架、烧软件、录制报文、改上位机测试用例等操作。会读原理图、Layout图、熟悉台架硬件架构和标准测试设备、熟悉Labview等上位机开发语言优先； 4、思路逻辑清晰，主动制定排查验证方案，独立完成失效分析初步定位工作，以及台架联调过程产品台架问题定位工作； 5、熟悉认证EMC/RF测试操作和环境搭建要求，有认证测试环境联调经验，认证项目包括GB/T 32960.2、SRRC、CTA、Emark、CE、Ecall等； 6、本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、自动化、计算机科学与技术、通信工程、测控技术与仪器、车辆工程等相关专业优先； 7、沟通能力良好，执行力强，具备较强抗压能力，可以同时支持多个项目开展；
