岗位职责 1、需求承接与项目规划：承接产品团队的需求输入，理解产品定义、性能指标、成本目标和交付要求。制定开发计划和里程碑，拉通机械、电子、算法、软件、工艺等团队，把需求转化为可执行的技术方案和开发任务。平衡进度、质量、成本，确保项目按计划推进。 2、团队搭建与管理：查漏补缺，补齐项目团队的关键岗位缺口（机械、电子、算法、软件、工艺、测试等）。建立协作机制和沟通流程，拉通公司内部资源（本体、感知、AI等团队），确保跨职能高效协同。 3、自研开发管控 （1）开展灵巧手开发过程管理：管理精密传动、电机驱动、传感反馈、控制算法等多物理域耦合的协作。确保机械、电子、算法、软件等子系统的协同设计和集成验证。 （2）过程管控技术方案落地，跟踪关键技术节点的评审、验证和确认。 （3）建立系统级开发流程和技术标准。 4、风险管理：建立项目风险管理体系，识别技术、进度、质量、资源等维度的风险。制定应对预案，推动重大问题和阻塞项的快速决策与闭环。定期评估预警，确保项目可控。 5、量产导入： （1）协助从样机到量产的转化，协调工艺开发、工装设计、产线布局与试产验证。 （2）建立测试标准和质量体系，跟踪良率、产能和成本目标。 6、知识产权：主导专利布局，确保核心技术和产品形态有完整保护。做竞品专利分析，规避侵权风险。确保产品符合目标市场认证要求。 7、应用验证：与行业客户合作，推动灵巧手在真实场景的测试验证。收集反馈驱动迭代，确保完成不少于2年的应用验证周期。

任职要求 1、基本条件 （1）本科及以上，机械、电子、自动化相关专业； （2）10年以上复杂机电系统开发经验，至少5年项目管理经验 （3）有从预研到量产的完整经历，从0到1 主导过至少1款复杂机电产品 2、专业能力 （1）必须有复杂机电耦合系统的自研项目管理经验，比如：混合变速器、电驱动总成、精密仪器、医疗设备、航空航天作动器等； （2）理解系统级架构，能管机械、电子、算法、软件等多子系统的协同开发和集成验证； （3）能深入理解产品需求，转化为可执行的技术方案和开发计划； （4）有项目团队管理经验，能识别缺口并补齐关键岗位； （5）有知识产权意识，理解专利布局； （6）熟悉IPD/阶段门等开发流程，能搭建项目管理体系。 3、软性能力 （1）跨团队沟通协调能力强，能在矩阵组织里拉通资源； （2）结构化思维，善于在复杂问题中抓关键矛盾； （3）抗压能力强，能适应交付的紧迫节奏； （4）文档和汇报能力好，能清晰呈现项目状态和决策建议。

加分项 （1）做过灵巧手、仿生手、假肢手或类似精密抓取系统； （2）做过人形机器人、协作机器人、手术机器人等精密机电产品从0到1； （3）做过汽车动力总成（混合变速器、电驱动总成）； （4）有行业应用验证和客户共创经验。
