一、应急事件全周期管理： 1、接报与研判：7×24 第一时间响应，1 小时内完成事件分级（I/II/III/IV）与初判 2、预案启动与资源调度：联动法务、技术、客服、公关、供应商、鉴定机构、政府等内外部资源 3、政府端资源统筹：消防/公安/鉴定机构对接，媒体应对配合（除舆情主线） 4、结案复盘：建立事件档案、案例库 应急体系实体化建设： 5、主导应急 SOP 体系搭建（事件分级标准、应急响应手册、跨部门 R&R 矩阵） 6、沉淀案例库与资源池：鉴定机构、消防/公安/医院等外部资源清单，组织年度应急演练 2 次以上 二、跨部门协同与项目化运营： 1、主导/参与公司级跨部门专项（安全事故、质量事件、重大客户投诉、群体性事件） 2、与公共事务中心内部横向各部门协同建立应急联动机制 3、承担上级指派的其他战略性项目

1、学历：本科及以上；法学/公共管理/应急管理/企业管理/汽车工程等相关专业优先 2、经验：10 年以上工作经验，其中 5 年以上应急/危机处置/危机公关/政府事务/重大项目管理经验 3、行业：汽车、制造业、出行、能源、化工等高风险行业优先 4、案例：独立主导过至少 2 起 I 级/重大应急事件（含现场处置、政府/法务/媒体/客户多线协同）的全周期闭环 5、韧性：可承受高强度、突发性工作节奏，能接受 7×24 待命与 30%-50% 出差 6、价值观：客户第一、实事求是、协同担当 7、加分项（任意 3 项以上）：100 人+ 跨部门协调、PMP/司法/应急管理师证书、公检法/消防/鉴定机构政府资源网络、0-1 搭建应急体系经验、车企/Tier1/出行平台应急或争议解决团队经验、相关行业优先
