岗位职责：负责利用直播、短视频等营销方式，在抖音、视频号及小红书等线上平台进行线索开拓，引导用户进行直接留资，或进行私信、评论等互动形式进行在线咨询，促进到店及转化。 1、直播运营：负责参与直播前筹备，汽车抖音的直播出镜及执行工作，根据产品营销节点策划直播选题， 通过直播做曝光、活跃氛围，吸引粉丝，促进成交；每天直播结束进行数据复盘，优化直播内容，引导客户留资，促进到店及转化 2、短视频运营：参与短视频脚本设计、拍摄及出镜，每周各平台视频更新，评论区维护及数据复盘分析 3、新媒体平台运维：直播与短视频平台的运维，包含发布与后台管理

1. 内容敏感性强，能够结合内外传播热点敏锐捕捉话题切入角度，并快速实现口碑内容产出和落地 2. 有选题策划和内容运营经验，具备良好的内容撰写能力，熟悉各类图片处理、视频剪辑应用软件的使用和学习能力 3. 关注新媒体的运作机制，熟悉主流短视频、汽车垂直社区、社交平台的规则和最新玩法，以及新媒体的创新运营手段，敏感度高 4. 熟悉了解抖音、视频号等主流直播平台运营方式，有直播运营相关经验
