【岗位职责】 1、供应商索赔相关业务 ①月度市场保修单据责任判定，向供应商推送索赔单据； ②跟踪供应商索赔取件进展，对接处理取件过程问题； ③应对处理供应商索赔申诉，对于责任有争议的批量问题，组织召开索赔澄清会，确定索赔责任； ④协调财务、采购解答供应商关于索赔开票/扣款的问题，跟踪监控索赔回款进度，推动索赔回款率的提升； 2、推动降低保修成本相关业务 ①CPV 3MIS和12MIS指标的监控以及异常点分析；②市场保修旧件回运拉通与推进，保证市场问题及时得到分析并改善； ③月度TOP项目等零件售后拆分机会寻找并推进实施； ④异常保修单据等问题的识别和反馈处理； 3、供应商索赔流程优化 ①根据业务的调整，优化业务流程，更新程序文件； ②根据业务实际对《质量协议》中供应商保修索赔相关内容提出优化建议； ③索赔业务系统的搭建和实施；

【任职要求】 1、本科及以上学历，机械设计、车辆工程相关专业； 2、5年以上整车企业市场质量经验，熟悉汽车构造与理论、质量管理等相关知识； 3、具备数据处理分析能力、供应商沟通协调能力； 4、熟悉整车门店售后保修和海外保修相关业务流程。
