1. 负责整车软件质量管理(含市场&工厂&售后&NPS)，完成软件测试问题闭环推进工作，推动软件质量达标，保障软件版本顺利发布； 2. 负责相关项目复合型问题解析、问题排查和定位、录入系统管理推进和关闭问题； 3. 跟进流出问题，组织横展与规避方案并落实； 4. 对测试数据进行统计梳理，条理化管理测试问题； 5. 参与组内知识体系建设与能力建设；并对测试质量管理流程进行优化和改进。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、软件或汽车相关专业，1-3年相关工作经验；具备一定的汽车软硬件知识基础； 2. 具备敏锐的风险识别意识，有项目管理与质量推进经验，有数据统筹与提取分析思维意识；能够对测试结果进行分析，对测试过程中出现的问题进行分析和调试，并撰写测试报告； 3.熟悉CAN与CANFD、以太网通讯的基本原理，熟悉UDS诊断协议的应用，并熟练掌握CANoe、SPY3等工具进行数据分析、报文分析和图形分析； 4.熟悉掌握整车软件集成测试、软件发布相关原理和流程，具备整车级测试用例开发、测试执行相关经验。
