岗位职责： 1、负责保修系统AI项目开发，给门店减负，并提高保修单自动审核率及正确率； 2、负责索赔旧件仓库运营管理，降低运营成本，提高出入库效率； 3、负责跨部门沟通协调，解决保修疑难争议及供应商申诉案件； 4、负责保修体系建设，包括制定政策、优化流程及标准、绩效管理等； 5、负责门店保修索赔业务管理，包括保修单审核、培训和赋能、弱店提升等； 6、负责制作大数据分析及预警模型，识别异常门店开展保修审计，确保门店规范合规运营； 7、负责质保成本核算、分析、管控，以及降本改善项目推进。

任职要求： 1、10年以上工作经验，其中5年以上保修业务工作经验，本科及以上学历； 2、具备系统智能化、AI化相关经验者优先； 3、有团队管理经验者优先； 4、具备经营意识，在保修降本方面有一定的认知； 5、具备良好的结构化思维及全局观； 6、具有良好的跨部门沟通及横向拉通能力； 7、有强烈的工作责任心与团队合作精神，能承担较大的工作压力。
