现场质量管理 1.负责各产线 FTT 数据日常统计、汇总与分析，精准定位产线 Top 质量问题，建立问题台账，全程跟进整改、验证、闭环落地。 2.常态化开展产线作业观察、工艺埋雷测试、过程品质监察工作，排查作业违规、工艺漏洞、隐性质量风险，提前预防批量不良产生。 3.统筹产线 TQM 全流程品质管理，跟进各类品质异常问题的溯源分析、整改落地、复盘固化，确保品质问题 100% 闭环。 人员管理 1.负责班组蓝领人员统筹纳入、人员编制梳理、岗位合理规划，根据产线生产需求优化人员排布，提升人效利用率。 2.搭建班组技能培训体系，开展常态化岗位技能教学、实操带教，针对性提升全员品质意识与作业专业度。 3.落实班组人才梯队培养，挖掘储备优秀骨干员工，搭建班组人才梯队，支撑产线长期稳定运营。 4.执行班组绩效管理，规范员工日常作业考核、出勤、工作表现评定，公平公正落实奖惩机制，调动团队积极性。 成本管控 1.负责班组工装工具、耗材台账管理与管控，杜绝工具浪费、遗失、闲置等问题，降低物料损耗成本。 2.精细化管控班组人员工时，优化排班模式，杜绝工时浪费，提升整体生产作业效率。 3.主导班组合理化改善工作，通过岗位合并、作业流程优化、检验项目精简优化等方式，降本增效，持续优化班组生产成本。 交付管控 1. 全权负责质量门、出货检验岗位的日常管理，严格管控检验工作及时率、任务完成率，保障出货流程高效有序。 2. 坚守出货品质底线，严控出厂不良品，落实不良拦截机制，实现产线不良零流出，保障客户交付品质。 品质文化与改善活动 1.独立策划、组织班组各类品质专项活动，包含季度 “质量之星” 评比、质量月全员有奖答题、全员品质知识普及等活动，营造全员重质量的班组氛围。 2.主导班组 QC 改善课题申报、落地、结题工作，带动全员参与品质改善，持续提升产线制程良率与品质管理水平。

1.大专以上学历，机电、质量、新能源相关专业优先； 2.熟练掌握 FTT 数据分析、Top 问题整改闭环、TQM 管理、QC 改善、5S 及安全生产管理；具备优秀的人员统筹、培训带教、成本管控、问题复盘能力； 3.责任心强、执行力高，抗压能力强，善于现场突发品质异常处理，具备良好的团队管理及沟通协调能力； 4.熟悉新能源汽车行业品质管理标准，有电池厂质量工作经验者优先；
