1、动力系统架构设计：负责机器人整机动力系统总体架构设计，统筹电池系统、关节执行器单元、热管理系统、电源管理及配电网络等子系统的技术选型与集成方案； 2、需求分解与接口定义：根据整机运动性能、续航、负载等需求，拆解各子系统（电池、关节、热管理、BMS/PMS）的设计需求及关键指标，定义子系统间机械、电气、热、通信接口； 3、整机设计对接：作为动力系统与整机设计（结构、控制、软件）的架构接口，确保动力方案与整机布局、运动性能、安全策略协同一致； 4、预研与概念开发：主导动力系统前沿技术预研（如新型电池、高功率密度关节、先进散热技术），输出概念设计方案及技术路标； 5、系统级问题分析与FTA：主导整机动力系统相关疑难问题（如供电跌落、热耦合、续航不足）的根因分析，建立FTA框架并分解至各子系统； 6、供应商与技术生态：对接关键供应商（关节、电机、软件、电池等），评估技术方案，推动定制开发与系统集成验证。

1、基础经验：本科及以上学历，8年以上机器人、电动汽车、电动航空或相关领域动力系统架构/系统集成经验，有完整产品量产交付经历者优先； 2、系统架构能力：精通整机动力系统架构设计方法，具备从电池到关节再到热/电源管理的全链路视野，能够主导多子系统权衡（功率密度、效率、成本、热、可靠性）； 3、核心技术域（至少精通两个）：电池系统（锂电、固态等）及BMS；关节电驱动（电机、减速器、驱动器一体化）；热管理系统（液冷/风冷/相变，热仿真）；电源管理拓扑（DCDC、PDN、低功耗策略）； 4、经验加分：有机器人、电动汽车动力总成、储能系统或高功率便携设备系统架构设计经验者优先； 5、方法论与工具：熟悉系统建模语言（SysML）、FTA/FMEA、功能安全（ISO 26262或相关标准）者优先； 6、职业素养：优秀的系统性思维、跨部门协调能力及技术决策能力，具备技术领导力； 7、AI工具应用：具备AI意识，熟练使用AI辅助仿真优化、设计空间探索或数据分析工具者优先。
