1、主要负责线上充电平台资源位的统筹规划、规则制定、效率监控及提效优化等流量运营相关工作，确保平台流量使用的合理性和利用效率的持续提升，对平台流量的整体转化率指标负责。 2、根据目标用户特征和场景流量特点，结合用户分层及站点运营策略进行持续深入分析，制定符合充电平台的流量运营模型和闭环流转机制，持续提升用户从非典型日常边缘场景到充电相关典型需求场景的全链路触达机会和转化效率。 3、负责平台端内端外的用户触达渠道运营优化和渠道拓展，包括平台内部的触达功能、外部公私域平台、探索新触达渠道等，制定各渠道的流量扩大策略和运营使用规则，持续优化投放素材标准和内容人群匹配度，提升各流量渠道的带量效果。 4、主动推进搭建并完善流量运营数据看板，定期输出流量运营分析报告，为持续完善策略和提升指标效果提供数据驱动基础；积极推动产品研发团队进行平台相关功能优化，与相关运营和业务人员紧密协作做好流量相关能力和效果的支撑。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，5 年以上互联网线上平台运营或流量运营相关经验，有成功操盘助力业务增长或突破的经验。 2、性格开朗，积极主动，强结果导向及自驱力，有成熟跨部门团队协同经验，能独立承担重要任务或业务指标并组织资源推动达成。 3、精通平台资源位管理与流量分发逻辑，熟悉互联网产品流量模型和运营策略，强数据驱动意识及数据分析能力，熟练使用数据分析工具进行数据提取与分析，能主动完成基于数据驱动的问题洞察和机会识别，并高效推动优化落地。 4、有汽车充电平台、出行平台、本地生活或电商类等O2O平台运营经验者优先。
