1、区域培训体系搭建与优化 -根据区域业务目标及销售门店需求，制定月度/季度培训计划，搭建符合区域市场特点的培训体系； -开发、更新本竞品产品知识、销售技巧、销售流程、销售话术等课程内容，确保与公司战略及产品迭代同步； -设计线上线下混合式培训方案（如课堂培训、实操演练、数字化学习平台等），提升培训覆盖效率。 2、区域培训实施与落地 -组织并主导区域内门店的培训活动，包括产品知识、销售流程、销售技巧、政策宣贯等； -针对新车型上市、新技术应用、营销政策调整等业务节点，开展专项培训并跟进执行效果； -定期走访所在区域门店，现场指导一线员工工作规范，解决实际业务中的技能短板问题，输出相应巡店报告。 3、培训效果评估与反馈 -制定培训考核机制（如笔试、实操、满意度调研等），追踪参训学员的技能提升与业绩改善情况； -分析培训数据（如覆盖率、合格率、转化率），定期输出效果评估报告，优化后续培训策略； -建立区域培训档案，动态管理区域门店及学员的培训记录，为人才发展提供数据支持。 4、培训协作与资源整合 -对接中台售前培训，落实全国性培训项目在区域的执行，反馈本地化需求； -协同区域销售团队，识别业务痛点并提供针对性培训解决方案； -整合内外部资源（如讲师、供应商、培训场地），确保培训资源的高效利用。 5、市场动态与竞争分析 -关注区域汽车市场趋势、竞品动态及客户需求变化，及时调整培训重点； -通过培训传递品牌差异化优势，提升一线门店的竞争力。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上新能源主机厂或咨询公司培训相关实施工作经验，有头部新势力项目经验者优先； 2、熟悉汽车新能源汽车产品、技术及业务流程，具备课程开发与授课能力； 3、强目标驱动的能力；具备强沟通能力、良好的运营管理能力项目管理能力。
