【岗位职责】 - 构建新一代人形机器人强化学习训练基础设施，设计高性能、模块化的软件架构，突破训练效率瓶颈，加速算法迭代速度 - 深度理解并优化具身智能仿真引擎，实现高保真传感器渲染、物理交互模拟等核心功能，为算法研发提供坚实的仿真基座 - 构建行业领先的具身控制模型测评平台，搭建评测环境与软件工具，建立量化评测体系， 为算法迭代指引方向 - 构建自动化研发工具链，搭建CI/CD流水线，推动研发流程标准化与效能提升

【岗位要求】 1.计算机科学、机器人学、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业本科及以上学历，具有硕士学历者优先 2.扎实的工程基础：熟练掌握 C++/Python 双语开发，严格遵循 Git 工作流与编码规范 3.深厚的技术积累：具备机器人运动控制、计算机视觉、计算机图形学、物理仿真等领域研发经验者优先 4.仿真平台专长：熟练掌握 Isaac Gym/Sim、MuJoCo（含 MJX 及 MuJoCo_warp）等主流仿真平台，能够构建复杂仿真场景与环境 5.GPU集群管理经验：熟悉Linux 与 Docker 容器化技术，拥有GPU集群管理经验，训练任务Profiling经验者优先 6.极客精神：对技术充满热情，追求极致性能优化，善于解决复杂工程问题
