职位描述： 1、根据新车型产品信息输入，进行同步工程分析； 2、负责总装工程新车型工艺规划； 3、负责工艺文件编制，工顺管理，设备输入条件确认； 4、制定新车型总装工艺方案，开展新车型投产工艺支持等工作； 5、持续开展工艺平衡和工艺定额的优化工作，提升生产平顺性，降低生产成本； 6、总装生产全过程的现场技术服务、技术处理及协调、沟通工作； 7、总装生产线工艺质量调研，对存在的问题有计划的进行改进与提高，对总装操作过程中工艺文件的执行情况进行检查和考核； 8、总装工艺部分售后质量问题的处理； 职位需求： 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，机械或汽车工程等相关专业； 2. 5年以上总装新车&现场工艺工作经验； 3. 熟悉总装同步工程、工艺规划、现场总装工艺等工作； 4. 具备质检方面的知识和经验。
