岗位职责 1. 基础开发与系统设计：负责车轮、轮胎、车轮附件及随车工具的同步开发，包括匹配计算、设计边界定义、选型对标、供应商开发以及新技术研究与应用；制定零部件三级开发计划，主导产品结构设计、技术要求编制与试验验证、工程认可工作。 2. 项目交付与节点管控：主导供应商选择、产品定点、样件启动、工程造车、试验验证等关键节点，合理运用质量工具与沟通手段，确保成品按时、按质、按成本完成；按项目节点要求及时、准确地发布并维护数模及图纸。 3. 海外本地化适配开发：负责轮胎及车轮系统零部件的海外本地化适配开发，调研目标市场（欧洲、东南亚等）路况、气候、法规及整车配套需求，输出本地化产品方案，跟进样件试制、测试与认证，保障海外项目按节点落地交付。 4. 跨部门协同与性能匹配：协助并支持 VD、NVH、制动、续航、ESP 调校等相关方完成轮胎的调校、匹配、标定及认证工作；支持项目造车过程中问题的快速响应与解决，协调相关部门高效闭环。 5. 持续改进与质量提升：支持零部件的持续改进与 VAVE 活动，快速响应售后等设计相关质量问题的分析、判断与整改，推动产品迭代与成本优化。 6. 安全合规与体系流程建设：识别并落地国内及海外市场适用的安全标准、法规与认证要求（如 E-mark、ECE、GCC 等），主导或参与部门级开发流程、文档模板与设计规范的持续优化。

职位要求 1.学历专业：本科及以上，车辆工程 / 机械设计 / 高分子材料与工程等相关专业。 2.开发流程：熟悉整车开发流程，具备主机厂完整项目经验。 3.软件技能：熟练使用 Catia等作图软件及常用办公软件。 4.海外能力：熟悉海外车轮系统零部件开发流程及法规认证要求（欧洲 / 东南亚等市场）。 5.语言能力：英语听说读写流利，可独立完成全英文技术对接、会议沟通与专业文档输出。 6.通用素质：强烈的上进心与求知欲，具备良好的沟通表达能力、跨文化协作意识与团队合作精神。
