岗位目标 负责长程任务、感知与认知理解的算法产品，建立从用户目标到可验证决策及任务效果的闭环。

工作职责 1 负责机器人任务智能相关产品规划，结合真实使用场景和现有技术能力，识别重点任务，明确能力优先级、版本目标及验收标准。 2 将复杂作业任务拆解为环境理解、目标识别、任务规划、多步决策等能力需求，协同算法、感知及硬件团队明确输入条件、功能边界和关键性能指标。 3 联合算法研发设计模型和策略实验，参与模型能力验证和机器人真机测试，围绕任务成功率、泛化能力、响应速度、稳定性等指标分析不同方案表现，推动模型、数据和系统持续优化。 4 协同跨模块研发团队，梳理任务执行过程中所需的状态信息、技能调用、执行反馈和异常处理机制，推动高层任务规划与机器人实际执行能力有效衔接。 5 建立机器人复杂任务的评测和问题分析机制，持续跟踪典型失败案例及现场运行效果，推动模型能力、任务策略和产品版本迭代，并参与下一阶段能力规划。

任职要求 1. 硕士及以上学历，机器人、自动化、控制工程、计算机、机械电子等相关专业优先，具备多模态大模型、自动驾驶等相关行业经验。 2. 3年及以上相关算法研发或技术产品经验；独立承担过核心能力的需求定义、方案取舍、效果验收及实际应用，能够清楚说明本人负责的产品决策与迭代结果。 3. 对大模型及机器人智能技术有较好的理解，深入掌握多模态大模型、VLM/VLA、Agent、任务规划等相关技术的基本原理和应用方式，能解释与分析误差累积和失败归因。 4. 具备较强的产品抽象和技术理解能力，能够将真实作业需求转化为模型能力要求、产品功能、评测指标和版本规划。 5. 具备较强的数据分析和问题定位能力，熟练使用AI工具搭建实验、真机日志分析、实验设计及原型实践，能以重复运行证据证明能力改进。 6. 具备良好的逻辑分析、沟通协调和项目推进能力，能够在技术快速演进、产品定义尚未完全成熟的环境中独立推进工作。
