1、负责责任区域以及物流服务商的安全、消防、保密管理工作的监管，定期评估安全指标完成情况，设立挑战目标并不断改进，针对未达标项目分析原因，落实改进措施，保证各项安全指标达成； 2、完善各项质量体系标准、推进质量管控流程的实施、并有计划对所管辖区域质量问题分析整改，保证质量有效管控； 3、通过人才培养和团队建设，践行不断改进和创新的文化，有计划的实施各项人员技能培训，监控物流现场运作人员的出勤情况，提高现场人员运作稳定性； 4、推动精益管理，优化现场物流操作，提高现场运作节拍，打造高效团队； 5、负责账务操作的监管协调， 监督物料流动过程，推动物料有序消耗，保证账实一致； 8、负责物流区域定期巡查，监督现场的日常操作，输出相应检查报告，跟踪整改措施的落实； 9、 根据上级管控要求和现场各项目协作要求，做好上传下达，并跟踪实施情况协调各项目问题。

1、专科及以上学历，物流工程、车辆工程、工业工程等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上整车企业工作经验，熟知生产制造、物流流程，KD工作经验优先； 3、具备强烈的责任心、高执行力，具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力，团队合作能力和抗压能力； 4、具备一定的方案策划编纂能力；
