1.搭建并完善KD工厂质量体系文件，维护 ISO9001/IATF16949 体系常态化有效运行，适配 KD 全业务流程管控需求。 2.组织内部审核、管理评审，对接过程审核、体系审核及客户 / 第三方认证审核，全程跟踪问题整改与验证关闭。 3.监督车间各班组过程质量管控与整改措施落地执行，开展现场标准化稽查，强化制程质量拦截能力。 4.开展车间各班组质量意识与体系标准培训，推动质量管控要求下沉一线，提升基层质量执行水平。 5.联动海内外端处置来料、制程及海外质量反馈，配合新车型工艺全流程质量验证，推进质量问题闭环改善。
