Content-driven KOC孵化:负责识别和培养具有内容潜力的普通车主，推动其成长为持续产出的KOC。主要工作包括： -基于活动参与、APP行为、社群活跃、UGC产出、社媒表现等维度识别潜力KOC； -提供选题、脚本、拍摄建议、平台运营建议和内容反馈； -推动车主从一次性发帖成长为持续内容贡献者； -与区域团队共同维护KOC名单、标签和成长记录。 3. 高阶KOC运营与内容共创：负责对已识别的高阶KOC进行持续运营，提升其内容产出数量、质量和传播影响力。主要工作包括： -通过新品优先体验、重点活动邀请、专属brief、内容共创、官方转发、激励机制等方式提升KOC参与度； -推动高阶KOC围绕重点车型、智能功能、交付体验、用户活动、Referral等持续产出内容； -跟踪高阶KOC的发布频次、内容质量、互动表现、粉丝影响力和传播贡献； -沉淀高阶KOC案例，支持总部和区域进行传播复用。

1. 经验要求 -1-2年新媒体运营、海外社媒运营、内容增长、KOL/KOC运营、社群运营或用户增长相关经验； -具备国内外新媒体运营经验，熟悉中国内容平台与海外社交媒体平台的差异； -熟悉 TikTok、Instagram、Facebook、YouTube、LinkedIn 等海外主流平台； -有汽车、智能科技、消费电子、生活方式品牌、跨境品牌或海外市场内容运营经验者优先； -有销售顾问账号孵化、员工号矩阵、达人孵化、KOC内容运营、UGC Campaign经验者优先。 2. 社媒平台与内容增长能力 -具备短视频脚本、内容选题、封面标题、节奏剪辑、互动设计能力； -能够从数据角度分析内容表现，并提出优化建议； -了解汽车、AI、智能驾驶、智能座舱、产品功能体验类内容的表达方式； 3. 语言能力 -英文可作为工作语言，能够进行海外团队沟通、培训材料撰写、内容brief输出和项目复盘； -中文表达清晰，具备策略文档、培训材料和总结报告撰写能力； -具备其他欧洲或东南亚语言能力者优先。
