【岗位职责】 - 领导机器人移动操作融合技术体系的建设，在运动控制与强化学习交叉领域开展突破性研究，实现人形机器人全身协调的动态移动操作能力 - 制定移动操作一体化技术架构，主导技术路线规划与算法体系设计，推动行走与精细操作的深度融合创新 - 带领团队攻克 Sim2Real 关键技术挑战，构建高保真仿真到实机部署的完整技术链路，确保算法在复杂真实场景的稳定性能 - 把握国际前沿技术脉搏，建立算法评测基准体系，持续迭代优化强化学习、模仿学习、扩散策略等先进方法 - 驱动跨职能深度协同，与硬件、感知、规划团队紧密合作，确保全身协调控制达到业界顶尖水平

【岗位要求】 - 机械工程、机器人学、计算机科学、人工智能等相关领域硕士及以上学历，具有竞赛获奖经历或顶会/顶刊论文发表经验者优先 - 技术实力雄厚：精通 MPC、WBC 等现代控制理论，在深度强化学习、模仿学习、扩散策略等前沿方向有深入研究，具备计算机视觉交叉背景者尤佳 - 工程能力出众：精通 C++/Python，熟练掌握 PyTorch 框架，精通 Mujoco（含 MJX、MuJoCo_warp）、Isaac Gym、Isaac Sim 等主流仿真平台 - 系统集成经验：具备机器人软硬件协同优化经验，能够端到端解决复杂系统问题 - 团队领导力：3年以上技术团队管理经验，成功带领团队完成高难度技术攻关项目，具备技术愿景制定与执行能力 - 使命驱动：对人形机器人事业充满激情，具备创业者精神，能在技术无人区开拓创新
