The posting

About the role This is a junior support role within our UK dealer network team. You will closely assist the Head of Network on day-to-day dealer network operations and cross-stakeholder coordination. This role carries no sales targets.

Key Responsibilities • Assist the Head of Network with all ongoing dealer network activities and routine coordination work • Act as a communication bridge to facilitate information exchange between internal teams and UK dealers • Collate network-related information, maintain dealer records and track the progress of action items • Support dealer meeting preparation, take meeting notes and follow up on action owners • Respond to routine enquiries raised by dealers and escalate complex issues promptly to the Head of Network • Support the roll-out of network projects and processes as delegated

Requirements • Excellent written and spoken English for daily UK business communication • Well-organised, detail-minded and proficient in MS Office suite • Previous experience in automotive dealer network or retail support is preferred • Good interpersonal skills, proactive and able to drive tasks to closure
