1. 全日制本科以上学历，3年以上汽车行业战略规划工作经验、或新能源行业咨询及规划经验； 2.具备优秀的逻辑思考能力、研究及学习能力，熟悉并掌握完整的产品规划经验，理解产品全生命周期管理，对产品定义、定位有深刻理解和认识； 3. 具有商品企划或市场经验，有完整的新产品上市项目经验，对产品上市定价、产品策略、销售策略、营销宣传策略有较强经验； 4. 具有较强的用户研究、市场研究、政策研究经验；具有较强项目管理经验，善于跨部门沟通与协作。 5. 具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
