The posting

1、PACK新建工厂的质量体系策划，包括前期的生产准入工作的对接、协助完成各类型产品的市场认证及质量溯源等。 2、结合基地现有质量体系与管理架构，编制优化质量管理流程文件；在后期生产过程中管理监督各科室落地执行。 3、负责PACK工厂的过程质量管理，确保生产过程稳定、产品质量一致；细化拆分各质量指标，并确保达成。 4、对接工艺/研发及SQE，设计实施PACK的原材料检验、过程检验、成品检验等。 5、负责车间的质量数据收集，结合后端市场反馈，进行车间质量改善活动。 6、负责厂部重大质量问题的推进解决，包括前期调查分析以及后期纠正、预防措施。

1、本科及以上学历，具有知名动力锂电池行业背景优先； 2、有5年及以上的质量管控工作经验，熟悉动力电池模组、PACK工艺流程； 3、熟悉ISO9001与IATF16949管理体系，具备流程审计能力（优先）； 4、熟练掌握QC七大手法、质量五大工具、FTA、8D问题解决方法或有六西格玛绿带项目经历； 5、具备良好沟通表达能力及逻辑思维能，抗压能力强；
