1、 工控机端采集软件开发与维护：负责车端/工控机采集软件的需求分析、架构设计、功能开发与版本迭代，保障采集链路稳定可靠；涵盖采集任务触发（如触发 XPU 采集功能）、司机登录认证、数据绑定、车辆准入检查等核心业务功能开发与优化； 2、采集运营平台（运营软件）开发：负责采集运营软件/后台管理系统的模块设计与开发，包含车辆管理、人员管理、任务管理等业务功能，支撑采集任务的配置、下发、执行跟踪与闭环管理，提升运营效率与可视化能力； 3、采集全链路对接与协同交付：与硬件/嵌入式/算法/测试/运营等上下游团队协作，完成接口联调、功能验证与上线发布，确保端到端业务流程可用与体验一致；参与需求评审与方案评审，提出可测试性、可运维性建议； 4、 异常定位与问题闭环：配合上下游开展采集异常排查与根因分析（端侧、网络、平台、数据链路等），完善日志、监控与告警能力，推动问题快速修复与持续改进，保障采集任务稳定运行； 5、工程化与质量保障：持续优化代码质量与交付效率，编写必要的技术文档与使用/运维说明；根据业务需要建设或完善自动化测试、回归验证、版本管理与发布流程，降低线上风险、提升迭代效率。

1、学历与经验：计算机、软件工程、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历；3–5 年后端/平台开发经验（能力突出者可适当放宽）； 2、Python 后端能力：3 年以上 Python 后端开发经验；熟练掌握至少一种主流 Web 框架： - 异步：FastAPI / Sanic / asyncio 生态 - 同步：Django / Flask 深入理解 WSGI/ASGI 工作机制，具备接口性能分析与调优经验（并发、吞吐、延迟、连接池等）。 3、 数据库与数据建模能力： - PostgreSQL：具备复杂 SQL 编写与优化能力；理解事务与一致性（隔离级别）、锁机制与死锁排查；掌握索引与执行计划分析（B-tree/GIN/GiST 等），能够根据查询模式制定索引策略。 - MongoDB：熟练使用 Aggregation Pipeline 进行统计与分析型查询；理解分片与分片键选择原则；了解副本集一致性语义与读写关注（Read/Write Concern）对一致性与可用性的影响； 4、系统工程与架构能力：具备中大型系统模块设计或架构实践经验；理解并能合理使用 HTTP/HTTPS、WebSocket、MQTT 等协议；熟悉缓存与加速常见模式（如 Redis 的缓存读写、失效策略、热点保护等）；具备 Linux（Ubuntu）日常运维能力，能使用常见命令与 Shell 脚本完成排障、自动化与部署支持； 5、业务理解与问题闭环能力：理解“采集—标注—训练”链路对 AI 模型效果的价值，能够深入业务场景做技术取舍；面对车端/现场复杂问题具备独立定位与闭环推动能力（复现、定位、修复、验证、复盘与预防）； 6、 文档与规范意识：具备“文档驱动”习惯，能够输出清晰的需求澄清、技术方案、接口文档与运维/排障手册；有技术博客、开源文档或内部知识库沉淀经验者优先； 7、 协作与沟通能力：能与车端系统开发、采集运营、算法、产品、数据流水线（pipeline）等角色高效协作；在链路故障排查与跨团队问题推进中，能主动拉通相关方并推动结论落地； 8、产品与可运营思维：以用户与运营视角设计系统，关注“可用（功能稳定）、可观测（指标/日志/链路追踪）、可告警（阈值/异常检测/通知）”，持续提升系统易用性与运营效率。 【加分项】 1、熟悉容器技术（Docker / Docker Compose），能解决发布异常等相关问题； 2、了解对象存储（S3/MinIO）及文件分片上传/断点续传的实现细节； 3、了解AI编程，Oncall客服机器人等相关经验优先； 4、有自动驾驶，机器人数据采集软件，运营软件等经验。
