岗位目标 围绕 World Model、Value / Evaluation Model、RL、生成式 Rollout 与 Simulation，推动机器人算法训练、评测和验证体系持续演进，提升算法研发效率和真机迭代速度。

工作职责 1. 负责世界模型、RL、仿真评测等方向的技术产品规划，识别算法研发中的关键瓶颈和能力机会，制定阶段目标及演进路线。 2. 协同算法团队推进 Value / Evaluation Model、World Model、生成式 Rollout、RL 与 Simulation 等技术能力建设，判断不同方案的适用边界、投入价值和优先级。 3. 深入参与算法实验和评测，结合训练结果、仿真表现及真机效果分析关键问题，推动数据、模型、训练和验证方案持续优化。 4. 建立算法能力的评测与验证闭环，推动离线评测、仿真验证和真机结果形成有效关联，提升算法方案比较和迭代决策的效率。 5. 协同算法、数据及平台团队，将验证有效的方法沉淀为可复用的研发能力，并持续跟踪研发采用效果和算法迭代收益。

任职要求 1 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化、控制工程等相关专业优先。 2 3年及以上 AI、机器人或技术产品相关经验，独立负责过算法能力、技术产品或研发平台的规划与持续迭代。 3 对强化学习、世界模型、仿真训练或机器人学习有较深入理解，熟悉 Value / Reward、Policy、World Model、Sim-to-Real 等相关概念。 4 具备较强的技术理解、实验分析和产品判断能力，能够与算法研发深入协作，并基于实验和真机结果判断技术方案价值。 5 具备一定的动手能力，能够使用 Python、数据分析工具或 AI 辅助开发工具完成必要的实验验证和问题分析。 6 能够综合算法效果、数据成本、算力投入、工程复杂度和真机收益，推动技术方向形成清晰的投入和迭代决策。

优先经历： 有机器人或自动驾驶领域 RL、World Model、Value / Reward Model、Simulation、生成式数据、Sim-to-Real 或机器人策略学习相关实践经验。
