1、负责公司Robotaxi业务在海外市场的拓展与落地，制定整体业务策略及实施路径； 2、推动重点国家（如德国、英国、中东等）的准入与运营落地，包括政策、牌照及合规推进； 3、主导与出行平台（如Uber、Lyft等）及本地合作伙伴的商务合作与资源整合； 4、设计并推进Robotaxi海外商业模式（收入结构、成本结构、合作模式等），实现试点到规模化运营； 5、协调内部研发、产品及运营团队，推动Robotaxi系统在海外场景适配及落地； 6、负责海外项目全流程管理，识别关键风险并推动解决，确保项目按计划推进。

1、本科及以上学历，5-10年以上出行、自动驾驶或相关行业经验； 2、有与出行平台、车企或政府机构合作经验者优先； 3、具备良好的商业理解能力，能够将技术产品转化为商业解决方案； 4、具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力及商务谈判能力，英语流利； 5、具备较强的项目推进能力和资源整合能力，能够在复杂环境下推动业务落地。
