一、岗位简介 本岗位为自动驾驶Robotaxi出行业务全链路策略核心岗位，覆盖「封闭内测→小范围公测→规模化商业化」全周期运营策略设计与落地。负责运力调度、订单履约、安全运营、用户体验、成本效率、商业化营收的策略搭建与迭代，联动产品、算法、安全、车端、运维、市场多团队，搭建可复制、可规模化的自动驾驶出行运营体系，支撑无人车队从测试取证到正式商业运营的全流程业务目标达成。 二、核心工作职责 1. 全周期运营策略体系搭建与迭代（核心） •根据业务阶段拆解目标，制定内测取证、公测试运营、商业化规模化三阶段差异化运营策略，明确各阶段优先级与落地节奏 •搭建自动驾驶出行完整运营策略框架：运力投放、区域拓区、峰谷调度、订单分配、巡游策略、异常兜底、售后赔付等规则体系 •持续迭代运营SOP、事件分级处置机制、复盘机制，实现业务从人工运维向标准化、策略化、数字化运营转型 2. 运力与调度策略运营（车队效率核心） •负责有人/无人车队运力策略管理，根据片区热力、时段供需、场景复杂度，制定运力投放、场站驻停、错峰充电、巡游揽客策略 •优化车队周转率、空载率、在线率、完单率等核心效率指标，平衡运营成本与用户体验 •针对高频接管、复杂路况、ODD边界、高峰运力缺口等场景输出专项优化策略，联动算法与后台落地迭代 3. 数据复盘与指标体系建设 •搭建自动驾驶专属指标体系：运营效率指标、无人化安全指标、用户体验指标、商业化营收指标、成本TCO指标 •日常数据监控、周/月专项复盘，定位运营卡点、场景短板、策略漏洞，输出优化方案并推动落地 •沉淀数据方法论，形成可复用的策略模板与运营标准 4. 商业化运营策略落地（后期核心） •商业化后，负责C端定价、高峰溢价、优惠活动、会员权益、用户留存增长策略设计 •搭建B端企业通勤、专线包车、对公合作的运营策略与服务标准 •优化订单结构、客单价、营收转化、坏账风控，助力商业化盈利模型跑通 5. 跨部门协同与项目推进 •联动小程序产品、后台系统、云代驾、安全平台、BI数据、运维团队，输出运营侧需求、策略规则、场景痛点，推动产品与功能迭代 •统筹重大版本、区域拓区、无人化切换等重点项目的运营保障与落地验收 •沉淀行业对标、竞品运营策略，输出业务迭代规划与中长期运营方案

1. 能力要求 •策略能力：具备从0到1搭建运营策略体系的能力，可独立拆解业务目标、输出落地路径，适配测试、公测、商业化多阶段打法； •自动驾驶业务认知：了解Robotaxi运营链路、无人车ODD、安全指标、取证合规、车队运维基本逻辑优先； •数据与复盘能力：擅长通过数据定位问题、归因分析、迭代策略，具备精细化运营思维； •项目推进能力：跨部门协同能力强，能推动产品、算法、运维落地策略优化，结果导向。 2. 加分项 •有自动驾驶出行公司运营经验优先； •参与过自动驾驶区域拓区、无人化落地、商业化上线全流程项目； •具备策略产品思维，能输出BRD、运营规则、SOP体系文档； •熟悉出行供需模型、运力调度、定价营销、企业对公运营策略。
