The posting

1、负责机器人算法集成和软件集成工作，包括 VLT、交互、操作、导航、运控、安全等各算法子系统，包括基础软件、中间层软件的集成； 2、负责项目上台架/整机系统集成后软件系统的问题定位、问题流转、联合调试等； 3、按照项目要求编写各阶段的开发和集成计划，明确开发和集成的时间安排、资源需求及交付物； 4、担任 ScrumMaster，组织项目日会/周会，推动软件开发和集成按计划开展，确保测试反馈的 Bug 得到及时修复，与软件项目经理共同根据情势变化，做出合理工作安排； 5、维护集成代码分支，参与集成过程中的 MR 的代码 Review 和重点 Bug 分析调试，且要熟悉每笔 MR 修改内容和重点 Bug 进展； 6、软件发布版本生成和维护，编写 ReleaseNote 等相关文档，按流程交付软件到测试相关部门； 7、持续发现并改进内外部协作中的问题，建立和完善过程跟踪、状态汇报和问题处理机制，提升集成和交付效率； 8、具备 code review 能力，把控项目交付的整个过程中的软件质量； 9、具备风险判断能力，针对项目中的关键节点，有能力梳理瓶颈问题，并上升推动解决。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机/软件专业； 2、3 年以上商业化（非 demo）软件开发经验，有大型软件项目的经验，熟悉软件研发流程； 3、计算机基础扎实，熟练掌握 C++ 编程，熟练掌握多线程、多进程、socket 等相关技术，有嵌入式软件开发经验； 4、对产品、研发、测试等多方协作常出的问题有较多了解，具有较强内外协调能力和问题解决能力； 5、熟悉 C/C++ 等编程语言，熟悉 Git、Jenkins、Jira、Confluence 的使用。

有以下经验者优先： 1、参与过机器人软件开发，对机器人软硬件技术栈有较深理解； 2、有人工智能相关算法在嵌入式端落地的项目经验。
