【岗位职责】 1.负责批量阶段质量全管理,确保到货质量满足生产需求； 2.负责供应商关键零部件清单的识别、管理和推进； 3.负责供应商质量保证能力的提升，质量体系的定期审查； 4.负责供应商质量管理的提升，零部件一致性、稳定性控制； 5.负责小组团队成员管理（SQE+IQC)。 【任职要求】 1.本科及以上学历，机械/汽车工程/非金属材料等相关专业； 2.3年以上内饰（仪表板/门板/顶棚等）零部件供应商管理经验； 3.对内饰常见工艺（注塑/包覆/塑料焊接等）有较强的专业能力、问题分析处理能力，熟悉生产工艺过程； 4.熟悉零部件新车型开发流程、过程管理方法和控制要点； 5.熟悉IATF16949体系，具有供应商质量体系审查的经验，具备VDA6.3.IATF16949内审员资质优先； 6.熟悉QC手法的运用，熟练运用8D报告、5WHY分析； 7.具有在主机厂推进2个及以上新车型/量产的经验； 8.具备良好的沟通协调能力。
