1、负责机器人新项目供应商开发， SOR、TR评审，供应商走访，质量能力评审，供应商定点； 2、负责新项目零部件APQP质量开发，供应商生产准备跟进，供应商现场过程审核，图纸评审，检查基准书修订，DV/PV试验计划与报告评审，APQP成熟度及交付物评审，零部件OTS及PPAP认可等； 3、量产车型质量目标设定，供应商业绩考核及索赔，供应商4M变更管理，来料质量问题解决，不良品管理等； 4、负责电机控制器、车载电源等产品市场质量问题的问题分析与数据整理，与研发工程师合作进行故障树分析，推动Tier1 供应商分析故障现象、排查失效根因并制定改善措施； 5、质量问题数据分析、汇总与汇报，建立失效问题数据库，对已知的失效模式进行横展，开展质量改善活动，推动质量持续改善等。

1、本科及以上学历，电子电气、自动化、电力电子等专业优先； 2、熟悉IATF16949质量体系与VDA6.3过程审核，熟悉APQP/PPAP等五大质量工具，熟悉新项目的供应商APQP开发流程； 3、熟悉电机控制器原理、结构及应用，熟悉电控主要零部件如功率模块、薄膜电容、PCBA等，熟悉电控常见工艺，如SMT、波峰焊、电阻焊、激光焊等； 4、熟悉市场失效的分析流程及8D工具，熟悉常用失效分析的工具，如X Ray, CSAM，电镜等；
