【岗位职责】 1.负责海外工厂KD车型零件质量问题现场处置，海外工厂沟通协调，管理IQC团队开展现场业务； 2.负责海外工厂KD车型质量问题沟通联络，推动中国SQE进行供应商源头改善； 3.负责海外本地化供应商预选定点; 4.负责海外本地化供应商零件APQP，PV验证，PPAP认可； 5.负责海外本地化供应商量产质量管理的提升，零部件一致性、稳定性控制； 6.负责海外本地化供应商售后质量问题整改。

【任职要求】 1. 本科及以上学历，机械或汽车工程等相关专业； 2. 具备SQE/质量工作经验更佳； 3. 熟悉零部件新车型APQP开发流程、过程管理方法和控制要点； 4. 熟悉IATF16949体系或VDA6.3，具有供应商质量体系审查的经验优先； 5. 熟悉QC手法的运用，熟练运用8D报告、5WHY分析； 6. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，具备英文口语沟通能力，能作为工作语言。
