【岗位职责】 1.负责重点供应商质量保证能力的提升，质量体系的定期审查、培训和验收审核； 2.负责供应商关键零部件清单的识别，对产品工艺管控、关键分供方 一致性管理监察和潜在风险推进； 3.负责年度型式试验、年度一致性抽检试验跟进和问题闭环管理； 4.负责零部件0公里质量问题的分析和改善及风险评估； 5.负责量产车型ECR等设变、供应商4M变更的风险评估、产品评审、试验验证、试装验证管理，保证平顺导入量产； 6.负责量产车型的小改款车型的项目正向开发，过程风险识别和风险管理，PPAP签署，保证平顺导入量产； 7.负责输出所属领域关键零部件/工艺 技术模块、L&L等输出，促进项目阶段L&L导入，带教所属领域IQC成长； 8.负责供应商质量绩效月度评价； 9.负责小组团队成员管理（SQE+IQC)。 【任职要求】 1.本科及以上学历，机械/汽车工程/非金属材料等相关专业； 2.5年以上外饰/车身附件供应商质量管理经验； 3.对外饰/车身附件相关重要零件有较强的专业能力、问题分析解决能力； 4.熟悉生产工艺过程，如保险杠 注塑、喷涂、电镀、阳极氧化、焊接等常见工艺； 5.熟悉零部件新车型开发流程、过程管理方法和控制要点； 6.熟悉IATF16949体系，具有供应商质量体系审查的经验，具备VDA6.3.IATF16949内审员资质优先； 7.熟悉QC手法的运用，熟练运用8D报告、5WHY分析； 8.具有在主机厂推进新车型/量产的经验； 9.具备良好的沟通协调能力，有过小型团队管理经验优先； 10.资深工程师需具备带团队能力
