岗位职责 1、负责新车型内饰电器件（座椅电机、控制器、PCBA、氛围灯、触控模组、传感器、线束等）供应商APQP先期策划的制定及跟进落实；以及负责内饰零件（座椅/主副仪表板/门板等）供应商APQP推进，推动供应商端生产准备及品质提升； 2、负责供应商质量管理提升、零部件一致性及稳定性控制、售后质量问题整改；主导电器件供应商深度审核，涵盖PCBA制程审核、电控系统可靠性验证、电子元器件来料管控、EMC/电气性能测试能力评估； 3、负责电器件售后质量问题分析及闭环整改（电机异响/失效、PCBA功能异常、线束接触不良、软件标定问题等），具备从电控原理层面拆解问题根因的能力； 4、负责潜在供应商审核、供应商质量保证能力提升、质量体系定期审查； 5、开展业务专项工作提升供应商能力，建立内饰电器件专项管控标准，包括关键电器件清单、供应商电器能力矩阵、电器件PPAP特殊要求、电控类FMEA评审规范。 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，电气工程/电子工程/自动化/机电一体化/机械工程/汽车工程/非金属材料等相关专业； 2、5年以上汽车行业供应商质量管理经验，其中至少2年电器/电子类零部件SQE经验； 3、具备电器件常见失效模式分析能力，能看懂电路原理图，理解电机驱动/控制逻辑，能独立分析电器件售后问题（如电机异响/卡滞/烧毁、PCBA焊点失效/短路/信号异常等）； 4、熟悉电器件相关测试标准及验证方法（如电气性能测试、环境可靠性测试、EMC测试等），能评估供应商试验能力； 5、具备电器件供应商制程审核经验，能识别PCBA工厂、电机工厂的制程风险及管控短板；熟悉电子电器件生产工艺及关键控制点：PCBA SMT/DIP制程、电机制造工艺、线束加工、电子元器件来料检验等； 6、对仪表板、门板、座椅等内饰零件的生产工艺及常见失效模式有基本了解； 7、熟悉零部件新车型开发流程、过程管理方法和控制要点； 8、熟悉IATF16949体系，具有供应商质量体系审查经验，具备VDA6.3、IATF16949内审员资质优先； 9、熟悉QC手法的运用，熟练运用8D报告、5WHY分析； 10、具有在主机厂推进2个及以上新车型的经验； 11、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能跨专业（电器/内饰/研发）推进复杂问题闭环。
