岗位职责： 1、负责制定新项目开发SQE二级计划，并按计划推进相关工作； 2、负责分解项目质量目标，跟踪零部件质量协议及目标签订情况，推进项目各项指标达成； 3、负责策划零部件前期质量活动方案，组织SQE开展零部件产品质量先期策划活动，监督检查产品质量先期策划各阶段输出物质量； 4、负责推动零部件模夹检具进度及验收管理，抽查验收结果的有效性； 5、负责收集项目各阀点SQE交付物，开展内部自查，配合项目各阀点质量审核； 6、负责开展项目阶段SQE问题管理，跟踪问题整改进度及问题关闭的有效性； 7、负责核查并通报零部件生产件批准程序现场审核和生产件批准程序批准的有效性； 8、负责组织开展量产初期零部件质量专项活动，通过TOP质量问题改善和预防工作，持续提升零部件PPM、IPTV等质量表现。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械、电子、材料等相关专业； 2、有8年以上工作经验，5年以上SQE相关工作经验； 3、熟悉汽车零部件及相关产品基本技术要求，熟悉主流的整车开发流程； 4、熟悉质量管理体系，熟练掌握质量管理工具； 5、良好的沟通、协调能力，风险识别能力，分析谈判能力，确保各项工作按计划开展； 6、具备团队合作精神和职业操守，良好的个人修养，责任心强。
