The posting

1. 负责自动驾驶泊车方向VLA端到端大模型的算法研究、模型训练、迭代优化与量产落地； 2. 负责大模型SFT/RL阶段数据构建、数据迭代及模型评测平台建设，构建自动化训练-评测-问题分析-迭代闭环体系。

1. 精通VLA/VLM自动驾驶多模态大模型技术栈，熟悉模型预训练、微调、蒸馏全流程，有低速自动驾驶/机器人等领域项目经验优先； 2. 熟悉泊车感知、预测、规划决策核心算法逻辑与模型设计（满足其一即可），有泊车领域量产落地经验优先； 3. 熟悉强化学习及模型对齐相关算法，具备PPO、DPO、GRPO等一种或多种算法的实践经验，有真实项目的量产开发经验优先； 4. 工作认真负责、主动性强，对算法质量和量产效果有极致追求，能主动跟进闭环各类量产问题； 5. 扎实的数理基础与Python/C++代码能力，熟悉PyTorch等深度学习训练框架； 6. 良好的沟通表达、协同推进能力。
