1、 负责自动驾驶VLA/VLM端到端大模型的算法研究、模型训练、迭代优化与量产落地； 2、负责大模型SFT/RL阶段数据驱动迭代与模型评测能力的平台化建设，搭建自动化训练、评测、迭代闭环体系。

1、 精通VLA/VLM自动驾驶多模态大模型技术栈，熟悉模型预训练、微调、蒸馏全流程，有自动驾驶/机器人落地项目经验优先； 2、熟练掌握PPO、DPO、GRPO等强化学习、对齐算法，具备真实量产项目算法开发与迭代经验； 3、具备端到端自动驾驶全栈能力，熟悉感知、预测、规划、决策核心算法逻辑与模型设计； 4、工作认真负责、主动性强，对算法质量和量产效果有极致追求，能主动跟进闭环各类量产问题； 5、扎实的数理基础与Python/C++代码能力，熟练PyTorch深度学习训练框架； 6、良好的沟通表达、协同推进能力。
